First Aid

We teach several different class structures for CPR with varying time commitments but all with the same core ideal: beginning the chain of survival as early as possible. Being prepared to respond when someone is in need of CPR can greatly increase their chance of survival from cardiac arrest. We offer both general bystander and industry standard certification courses through the American Heart Association to accommodate for anybody looking to learn more about this lifesaving skill.

In addition to our certifying courses, we teach comprehensive and tailored first aid courses that cover topics such as allergic reactions, diabetic emergencies, and much more. Having both the knowledge and tools to react comfortably in these situations can make all the difference. Our first aid classes are always scalable to your needs as an individual, business or group. We work with you to make sure you have the best possible education that is most relevant to your use.

With such a high incidence of crime or other injury in the workplace, home, and public spaces, bleeding control training is more relevant now than ever. The STOP THE BLEED® program brings emergency aid techniques perfected in the trials of combat from modern Middle East conflicts. Our 1-hour course through this campaign teaches participants how to control bleeding from lacerations, punctures, gunshot wounds, and more.

Train to be ready for the unexpected.
